Folow these steps to install successfully the module:

1. download the right module for your joomla version
2. go to extensions->install/uninstall->browse the zip file-> and click install
3. go to extensions and find the facebook module
4. click edit and put your facebook page id(in your facebook page, right click in the profile image and open in a new window, take the last period of numbers, example: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151200830147792&set=a.460694742791.275928.YYYYYYYYYYY&type=1, we take only THE Y NUMBERS)
